FineMark National Bank & Trust welcomes Teresa Cypher as Loan Administrator in our Fort Myers Office. Teresa will prepare closing documents and coordinate closings. She’s spent the majority of her career in the banking industry within loan operations. Most recently Teresa worked as a Mortgage Loan Processor for Homebanc in Bonita Springs.

David Dunlevy has joined the Arizona office as Vice President of Lending. Mr. Dunlevy comes to FineMark after spending 8 years at Northern Trust in Private Banking, specializing in lending. Prior to that, Dunlevy worked as a residential mortgage underwriter. His responsibilities at FineMark include residential, commercial and personal lending. Dunlevy holds a B.A. degree in Business Management from the University of Northern Iowa. He holds a FINRA Series 6 and 63 License as well as an Arizona Life & Health Insurance License. Dunlevy is active in the local community and lives in Gilbert, AZ with his wife Elli and their two daughters.

Chris Highmark joined FineMark National Bank & Trust as a Relationship Manager for the Sports Management Division in May 2011. Chris now works from the Arizona office where he manages FineMark’s Growth and Dividend Models. Chris previously worked as an Equity Analyst for Westpark Capital LP in Dallas, Texas and as a Commercial Credit Analyst for Seacoast National Bank in Stuart, Florida. He earned a Bachelors of Business Administration from Gonzaga University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University with a concentration in Finance and Investments. Currently, Chris is working towards becoming a CFA member.

David Highmark, has been named President of FineMark National Bank & Trust, Arizona. Highmark left Northern Trust last year after spending 26 years with the bank. He was CEO of Arizona for 12 years before starting Highmark Sports Management, a highly personalized business management company that caters to professional athletes, coaches and franchise executives. In 1973, Highmark, a Dartmouth College graduate, was drafted and signed by the Baltimore Orioles. A torn rotator cuff ended his career just one year later. When Highmark’s baseball career ended, he went back to school and earned his MBA in Finance from Indiana University. Before entering the banking industry, Highmark joined Eli Lilly as a financial analyst and also worked for the University of Miami’s athletic department (1977-1980) as an associate director of finance. Highmark is active in the local community and in 2000, he founded Arizona Quest for Kids, a program he learned about while living in Florida.

Brian Knapp joined FineMark National Bank and Trust as a Relationship Manager in March of 2012. Brian spent the previous four years as an Investment Associate on the Foundation and Institutional Advisory team at Northern Trust. Prior to that, he worked as an Investment Associate with the Wealth Advisory team and was part of the Sales and Marketing group. Brian graduated from Arizona State University in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and Human Communication. He is a native Arizonan and resides in Phoenix.

Tim Nguyen has joined the FineMark National Bank & Trust in Arizona as Private Wealth Advisor. Mr. Nguyen most recently worked at Northern Trust as a senior portfolio manager and senior investment consultant and also spent 9 years as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Charles Schwab. Nguyen holds a BS in Finance from Arizona State University and an MBA degree from the University of Florida. He  has also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Market Technician (CMT), and Chartered Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA) designations. Nguyen serves as the Vice President of the Chandler Education Foundation. He is married and has two young daughters.

FineMark National Bank & Trust welcomes Crystal Schuld as Vice President Private Banking, Arizona. Mrs. Schuld comes to FineMark with 3 decades of banking experience. She most recently spent 9 years with Northern Trust in Scottsdale as 2nd Vice President and Private Banker. Schuld has also worked for Bank of America and Compass in Arizona. Schuld is active in her local community, serving as a member of the Creative Women of Pinnacle Peak, a non-profit organization that raises money for The Foundation for Blind Children and the Homeward Bound Foundation. Schuld lives in Phoenix with her husband and 12 year old daughter.
