Martin E. Adams is a Managing Member of the General Partner of Strategic Value Bank Partners, LLC, headquartered in Cleveland, OH. Prior to forming the General Partner, Mr. Adams was the Interim CEO and Director of Park View Federal Savings.

Mr. Adams received his undergraduate degree from West Liberty University and his master’s from Franciscan University. He currently serves on the boards of Premier Financial Corp. (OH) and First National Bancshares, Inc. (MI). Mr. Adams previously served on the boards of Huntington Bancshares, Sky Financial Group, Park View Federal Savings Bank, GulfShore Bancshares and First National Bank of Chester WV.
