William N. Horowitz

Director

William N. Horowitz is a board certified tax lawyer, retired certified public accountant, and principal of the law firm of Cummings & Lockwood, LLC, where his practice is focused on wills, trusts and estate planning.

Mr. Horowitz earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctorate and Master of Laws (Taxation) degrees from the University of Miami School of Law. He is a founding director and chairman emeritus of Florida Gulf Coast University Foundation.
