Materials

Assembly

  • Toasted Waffles (cut into sticks)
  • Whipped Cream
  • Toasted PecansĀ 
  • Fresh Berries
  • Banana
  • Cereal Milk Ice Cream (instructions included below)

Cereal Milk Ice Cream

  • 2 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Cornflakes
  • 1 can Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

Cereal Milk Ice Cream

  • Combine cornflakes and heavy cream in a bowl and cover with plastic. Let soak in the fridge overnight.
  • The next day, strain out the cereal and whip the cream with the condensed milk and salt until soft peaks form. Pour into a shallow dish and cover tightly. Freeze until solid, at least 3 hours or overnight.

Assembly

  • Scoop ice cream into bowl and add berries and sliced bananas. Top with w hipped cream, toasted pecans and the waffle sticks.
