Spaghetti Squash Gratinee’
Step aside mash potatoes! This spaghetti squash gratinee is a delicious side dish made with squash, cream, and rich, gruyere cheese. Perfect for fall and winter!

1 medium sized casserole
1 mixing bowl
- 3 cups Spaghetti Squash (cooked and shredded at room temperature
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 5 Eggs
- 1 cup Shredded Gruyere or similar Cheese
- ¼ cup Chopped Parsley
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Thyme
- ½ tsp Nutmeg
In a greased medium sized casserole type dish, lay out the spaghetti squash in an even layer. Sprinkle Cheese, Parsley and Thyme over the Squash.
In a mixing bowl mix together Eggs, Cream, Nutmeg, Salt and Pepper until well blended. Adjust seasoning, then pour over Squash and bake in a preheated 300 degree oven for about 30 minutes (until firm-quiche consistency).
