Banana Bread Energy Bites

Materials

  • Heaping cup Whole Pitted Medjool Dates
  • 1 cup Raw Walnut Halves
  • 1/2 cup Banana Chips
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Hemp Hearts optional

Instructions

  • Place dates in the bowl of a food processor and pulse a few times to chop. Add the vanilla, salt and walnuts and continue pulsing until evenly combined, scraping the bowl as needed. The mixture should come together into a ball. Pulse in the banana chips. Roll into bite sized truffles and roll in hemp hearts.
