Materials

  • 4 Cups Frozen Mango cubed
  • 1 can 14oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Coconut Infused White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tsp. Cara Cara Vanilla White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. *Lime Sea Salt
  • Persian Lime Olive Oil drizzle for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Using a good blender, or Vitamix add first 5 ingredients and blend until fully incorporated and smooth. Stopping to scrape down sides of blender if necessary.
  • Serve immediately or place in freezer to enjoy later.

Notes

*Substitute full fat coconut milk, (1 13.5oz can) for sweetened condensed milk for healthier version
