Persian Lime Olive Oildrizzle for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Using a good blender, or Vitamix add first 5 ingredients and blend until fully incorporated and smooth. Stopping to scrape down sides of blender if necessary.
Serve immediately or place in freezer to enjoy later.
Notes
*Substitute full fat coconut milk, (1 13.5oz can) for sweetened condensed milk for healthier version
