Honey Ginger - Basil Vinaigrette

- 1 ½ tsp. *Good honey
- 3 Tbsp. *Honey Ginger Infused White Balsamic Vinegar
- 15 Basil leaves
- 1 Tbsp. Shallot minced
- ½ tsp. Kosher salt
- 2 Garlic Cloves micro planed
- 3/4 C *Extra virgin olive oil
Place first six ingredients into a Vitamix or blender and blend on high for 60 seconds, turn speed to low and slowly drizzle in the olive oil to incorporate. Add salt to taste if necessary.
Keep in refrigerator, allow to come to room temp before serving.
