Honey Ginger - Basil Vinaigrette

Equipment

  • Blender or Vitamix

Materials

  • 1 ½ tsp. *Good honey
  • 3 Tbsp. *Honey Ginger Infused White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 15 Basil leaves
  • 1 Tbsp. Shallot minced
  • ½ tsp. Kosher salt
  • 2 Garlic Cloves micro planed
  • 3/4 C *Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Place first six ingredients into a Vitamix or blender and blend on high for 60 seconds, turn speed to low and slowly drizzle in the olive oil to incorporate. Add salt to taste if necessary.
  • Keep in refrigerator, allow to come to room temp before serving.
