Honey Ginger - Basil Vinaigrette
*Featuring Estero Bay Olive Oil & Tea
- Blender or Vitamix
- 1 ½ tsp. *Good honey
- 3 Tbsp. *Honey Ginger Infused White Balsamic Vinegar
- 15 Basil leaves
- 1 Tbsp. Shallot minced
- ½ tsp. Kosher salt
- 2 Garlic Cloves micro planed
- 3/4 C *Extra virgin olive oil
- Place first six ingredients into a Vitamix or blender and blend on high for 60 seconds, turn speed to low and slowly drizzle in the olive oil to incorporate. Add salt to taste if necessary.
- Keep in refrigerator, allow to come to room temp before serving.
