Simple Perfect Crab Spread
Ingredients
- 1 lb Jumbo Lump or picked through
- 1 Tbsp. Shallot minced
- 2 Tbsp. Celery minced
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley finely chopped
- 2 tsp Dill finely chopped
- 2 Green Onion sliced thin
- ½ C Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- ½ tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ tsp Old Bay Seasoning
- ½ Juice of one lemon
- Hot Sauce to taste
Instructions
- Set the crab meat aside, mix remaining ingredients and add to crab mixture starting with ½ of the mayo mixture. Add more as needed.
- Chill in refrigerator for at least an hour, serve on Club crackers or crostini
