Ingredients

1 lb Jumbo Lump or picked through
1 Tbsp. Shallot minced
2 Tbsp. Celery minced
1 Tbsp. Parsley finely chopped
2 tsp Dill finely chopped
2 Green Onion sliced thin
½ C Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
½ tsp Worcestershire Sauce
½ tsp Old Bay Seasoning
½ Juice of one lemon
Hot Sauce to taste

Instructions

Set the crab meat aside, mix remaining ingredients and add to crab mixture starting with ½ of the mayo mixture. Add more as needed.
Chill in refrigerator for at least an hour, serve on Club crackers or crostini
