Jillian “Jill” Lane is an Executive Chef in our Fort Myers office. Jill has more than 20 years of experience as a chef and has been with FineMark as a Sous Chef in our Estero (Coconut Point) location, since 2011. Jill is responsible for managing all aspects of food and beverage for the Fort Myers office. When Jill is not preparing delicious meals at work, she enjoys traveling with her husband, Brian, in search of great food.
Richard Rowland is an Executive Chef and Facilities Manager in our Naples office. Richard has an extensive background in the culinary industry and most recently was the Banquet Chef at the Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club. When he is not creating delicious cuisine, Richard enjoys golf and learning how to play guitar.
Lauren Simon is an Executive Chef in our Estero office. Lauren started as a as a Sous Chef in our Estero (Coconut Point) location, since 2014, and was the executive chef for the Naples office for three years. Lauren is responsible for managing all aspects of food and beverage for the Estero (Coconut Point) office.
Chef Daniel Diaz comes to FineMark with an extensive culinary background. His love of food was nurtured at an early age by his parents, who spent their careers in the food service industry. Daniel studied culinary arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Miami. He’s worked in several fine dining restaurants and as a private chef, serving high net worth clients and their families throughout the Palm Beach area. He has invaluable knowledge in sustainability and organic gardening, choosing freshly grown food, whenever possible.
