

In 2007, when FineMark (Formerly known as FineMark National Bank & Trust) opened its doors in Fort Myers, Florida, our goal was to create a company with service-minded individuals—people who shared an entrepreneurial spirit and cared deeply about doing what is right—that would grow and prosper while remaining agile and dynamic.
Since then, we’ve achieved that goal by hiring highly experienced, deeply committed, civic-minded financial professionals, first expanding to Arizona and South Carolina, then merging with Commerce Bank in January 2026, and maintaining our focus on a key reason why our company was established: to serve our communities.
