Norman Gordon is an Executive Vice President and President of FineMark National Bank & Trust, Arizona, where he is responsible for the overall management of trust, investment, and banking services. As a proficient real estate investor, Mr. Gordon also brings a unique understanding of market behavior and risks.

Prior to joining FineMark, Mr. Gordon spent more than 20 years as a proven industry leader in the eldercare and senior living business. He founded an assisted living community in 1997 in North Carolina and successfully ran the business until 2020. He was solely responsible for site selection, development, facility design, marketing, finance, and operations. For nearly a decade, Mr. Gordon also served on the board of the North Carolina Assisted Living Association, where he contributed to the Finance and Advocacy subcommittees.

Mr. Gordon holds a Master of Business Administration from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky.

He has served on the board of AllThrive365, formerly Foundation for Senior Living since 2022, where he is part of the finance and risk committee. AllThrive365 is a nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals age independently and with confidence through access to holistic healthcare and safe, affordable housing.

Mr. Gordon is a former board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lexington, Kentucky, and for 12 years served as a host family for Davidson College international basketball players from Nigeria, the Republic of Congo, and France.
