Ana Rodriguez is an Executive Vice President and President of the Dallas Market at FineMark Bank & Trust, a division of Commerce Bank. She brings more than 35 years of experience across private banking, risk management, and regulatory oversight. In her role, Ms. Rodriguez leads the strategic direction of the Dallas Market, cultivates strong client relationships, and guides teams in delivering personalized banking, trust, and investment solutions.

Ms. Rodriguez has played a key leadership role in the establishment and expansion of three de novo banking institutions. Her career includes senior executive positions, most notably serving as President and CEO of Lakeside Bank in Dallas, as well as private client leadership roles with regional banks and global financial organizations. Her experience with federal regulatory agencies provides a strong foundation in safety and soundness, disciplined decision-making, and long-term organizational stewardship.

Ms. Rodriguez holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Utah. Throughout her career, she has applied her extensive background in financial services, governance, and strategic leadership to support sustainable client and organizational success.

Deeply committed to the community, Ms. Rodriguez has served on the boards of Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity, LiftFund, and Hispanic 100, and remains actively engaged in civic and professional organizations throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth region.
