David H. Scaff is Executive Vice President and President of FineMark Bank & Trust, a division of Commerce Bank (Palm Beach County). Previously, he served as President of First National Bank, a branch of Wachovia Bank, in Palm Beach, Florida.

Mr. Scaff earned two undergraduate degrees from North Carolina State University, is a graduate of the American Banking Association’s National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University, and is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor. He is active with the Society of the Four Arts and the Palm Beach Community Chest/United Way.
