Norman J. Gordon is Executive Vice President and President of FineMark Bank & Trust, a division of Commerce Bank (Arizona). Previously, Mr. Gordon spent more than two decades as a proven industry leader in the Eldercare and Senior Living Business. He founded an assisted living community in 1997 in North Carolina and successfully ran the business until 2020.

Mr. Gordon holds a Master of Business Administration from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky.

Mr. Gordon was a former board member of Big Brothers/Big Sisters-Lexington, KY and for 12 years served as a host family for Davidson College international basketball players from Nigeria, the Republic of Congo and France.
